- Appointed Branch Manager of ROYAL LePAGE office at 2075 Lakeshore Road in Burlington in April, 1986 - managing the activities of 24 Sales Representatives
- Appointed Vice-President and Regional Manager for Royal LePage in April 1988 in the Golden Horseshoe area. By 1993 those responsibilities had expanded to include all 43 Royal LePage locations from Sault Ste. Marie to Windsor/Sarnia, the Golden Horseshoe, the Niagara Peninsula and Cottage Country
- In November 1994 resigned from Senior Management position to return to sales position serving Burlington, Oakville, Misssissauga and surrounding areas
